Street Style Show 2017
You can tell that the summer is just around the corner by counting all the car events that are popping out. This weekend we visited Street Style Show 2017 in Dugo Selo, Croatia. The event was organized by: Street Style Team – klub obožavatelja automobila and Multimedijalni klub Pozitiv.
Since nothing too exciting happened during our trip, and I am sure that most of you came here for the photos, there is no point dragging the matter further so here we go:
Last couple of years I started seeing more and more air suspensions on the Croatian tuning scene.
We couldn’t find the owner of this car, but I would say that much work and effort has been invested in the upholstery and the interior itself.
I would say that the VW scene is one of the strongest in this area, so you can see many nice examples, like this one.
Interior upholstered in alcantara or some similar fabric.
Another clean VW, this time Corado.
When you ride as low as those guys, the front lip usually gets broken.
Personally, this was my favorite car on the whole event. I’m a sucker for oldschool, what can I say.
You can almost smell the “old car scent” by looking at the photograph.
The roof rack detail.
Widened steel wheels fit perfectly with the rest of the car.
This one has a vintage vibe.
There are more than a few good air-brush artists in Croatia.
The interior.
The other side. Here you can see Josip judging silently.
The front look.
I presume this one is his neighbour 😀
Opel Manta.
Interior done in microfiber and imitation leather combination.
Shiny!
A detail of the rear louvre.
Side shot of the Manta.
Judging in progress.
Prizes waiting.
Waiting in the competition line.
VW Golf.
The power is nice, but you also need to be able to stop.
This thing has probably hurt the owner more than the car 😀
Another bagged one (just the assumption).
Unfortunately we didn’t stayed till the very end, so we don’t know who won the prizes, but it doesn’t really matter. The thing that matters is that the car enthusiasts still exist. Till the next time!
